We welcome External Providers to hire our school facilities in the evenings and during the holiday periods. During the school day between 07:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday,  we have a self contained meeting room available for hire complete with kitchenette, toilet facilities, display screen, tables and chairs. On site hospitality can be provided via our on site caterers, Black Pepper. (Catering can only be provided during term time from Black Pepper) The space would be ideal for formal meetings, conferences or staff training for example.

In addition to this space, our School Hall is available for hire during the evenings and school holiday periods only.

Useful information

All hirers must have adequate Public Liability Insurance in place.  This can be purchased through the school for 10% of the hire charge if you do not have sufficient cover of your own in place.

A hire form must be completed which can be found below.  Should an activity pose a risk, then a risk assessment must be completed and a copy given to the school office. Safeguarding Policies and questionnaire should be supplied and completed by the provider.

School has an obligation to check any safeguarding procedures, and will be happy to work with you to ensure everyone is following appropriate guidelines.

Finally, if you are bringing electrical equipment onto the school site, it is necessary for this to be PAT tested.
